In addition to celebrating Men’s Health Month and Father’s Day Weekend, Hattiesburg Public Schools will host their third annual Men Matters Conference for men by men. Featured experts Kendale Lumpkins, LTC (R) Frederick E. Varnado, and James Griffin, MD will lead discussions on health, wealth, and education.
The free community conference will be Saturday, June 15, 2024, at N. R. Burger Transploreum, 174 W.S. F. Tatum, Hattiesburg, MS, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. It is designed to inform and empower men who guide and lead scholars to greatness. It will open with breakfast and a health fair followed by field experts featured for each session.
